The Clinician will be providing Case Management for Outpatient Mental Health Program treating issues related to Addictions. Monday – Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Pacific time Responsibilities: Admissions and Initial Assessment of incoming clients. Case Management – Including treatment plan development and updates. Conduct virtual Individual therapy sessions for adults. Participate in discharge planning. Collaborate with Facility Treatment Team to provide continuity of Care. Embrace innovative telemedicine approaches for patient care. Document patient interactions and maintain electronic health records.
