Position:  Team Lead Wipro Band:  B1 Voice/ Non-Voice:  Non-Voice Shift:  24*7 (Flexible to work in rotational shifts and week offs) Qualification:  Graduation & above Experience:  24-48 months Experience Breakup:  BNon BPO - GIS Mapping + OSM   Essential Hiring Skills: 1. Minimum 4+ years of experience in GIS Mapping 2. 1.5 - 2 years of experience as Team Lead 3. Mandatory knowledge of OpenStreetMap(OSM) 4. Exposure to JOSM, iD editor, OSMCHA and GIS tools viz., ArcGIS, Qgis 5. Strong understanding of map editing, road network creation, POI mapping, geometry correction, and spatial data validation 6. Proven experience in team handling, task allocation, productivity tracking, and performance management 7. Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting dashboards, and data-driven decision-making 8. Strong numerical aptitude, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. 9. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and client-facing skills 10.
