Collectively, these different experiences are designed to enable you to make an impact and build a rewarding and successful career.      Actuarial Development Program Overview     Actuarial Development Program: The Program encourages and supports the education and training of Actuarial Students pursuing actuarial examinations in the knowledge and professional skills relating to actuarial practices and to develop future leaders for AIG.  Benefits of the program include:   Dedicated study time – Up to 30 hours of company-provided study time per exam hour for each first attempt at a given exam   Exam-related expenses, including study material   Compensation    Association Meetings for Conferral of Designation   Professional Actuarial Association Membership Dues   Continuing Education   Rotations (following the actuarial program) – We are excited to provide a variety of professional opportunities for Actuarial Students to develop an advanced and well-rounded actuarial skillset following their 2 years with us in the Actuarial Development Program.
