Field Operations/Field Supervisor Trainees

Location: OT300: NPB - LINTHICUM (BALT), MD 1705 Twin Springs Road Suite 110, Baltimore, MD, 21227 USA Otis Elevator Company is searching for highly motivated Field Operations/Field Supervisor Trainees who will be trained and developed in our lines of business, which may include New Equipment, Modernization, and/or Service to prepare you to succeed in a Field Supervisor role in a branch office. This role provides immersive, hands-on experience in a field operations environment. Candidates should be comfortable working onsite at customer and construction locations, collaborating with field teams, and learning the responsibilities of a Field Supervisor, including jobsite coordination, safety, customer interaction, and project execution.
