The Job: As a Human Resource Manager, you’ll be part of our Distribution Center team working as an on-site employee. You’ll get to: Manage and support all HR functions for the Distribution Center such as recruiting, onboarding, compensation, employee relations, training, and development. Work with the Sr. HR Manager to standardize and implement new policies, procedures, and best practices Create and promote an employee-oriented culture that strives on safety, quality, continuous improvement, and productivity Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and leaders on HR-related issues. Handle employee relations issues, investigations, and administer disciplinary action. Develop and execute initiatives to boost employee engagement and satisfaction. Conduct regular surveys and feedback sessions, and create action plans. Apply strategic talent management solutions to continuously improve talent retention, assessment, development, and career/professional growth. Track KPIs and metrics and present regular reports. Use data-driven insights to drive HR and operational decision making. Ensure fair and consistent application of HR policies and procedures Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations Reinforces and advocates for Open Door Policy across the leadership team. You also have: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field. 5+ years experience in HR Management in a distribution or manufacturing environment. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Strong computer and systems knowledge (Microsoft Office, Workday/HRIS, UKG/timekeeping) HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) is a plus.
