What's in it for you: As a Supply Chain Systems Learning Analyst , you will play a key role in enhancing the learning and user experience across supply chain systems used by both internal employees and external suppliers. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys combining instructional design, digital content development, virtual facilitation, reporting, and systems support to drive user adoption, capability building, and business impact. In this role, you will collaborate with subject matter experts and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business processes and system requirements into clear, practical, and engaging learning solutions. You will create digital training materials, support system users, help manage multilingual content needs, and generate reports that provide insight into adoption, usage, and effectiveness. You will also support key platforms such as ETQ Reliance, Oracle iSupplier, Rapid Ratings, and OBI dashboards, along with other supply chain tools and processes that enable effective collaboration between employees and suppliers. What you will do
Design and develop engaging digital learning content using Articulate, Camtasia, and other learning technologies. Create e-learning modules, instructional videos, job aids, process guides, and support resources for internal employees and external suppliers. Facilitate virtual training sessions that promote learner understanding, engagement, and successful adoption. Partner with subject matter experts and cross-functional stakeholders to transform complex business processes and system requirements into clear, effective, and user-friendly learning content. Coordinate and manage translation of learning and support content to meet the needs of global internal and external audiences. Partner with internal stakeholders and translation resources to ensure learning materials are accurate, consistent, and culturally appropriate across languages. Maintain and enhance knowledge resources and support materials to improve the overall learner and user experience. Use, maintain and create standard work documents. Provide user support for supply chain systems, including ETQ Reliance, Oracle iSupplier, Rapid Ratings, and OBI dashboards. Troubleshoot system and process-related questions and help users understand available tools, features, and best practices. Run and analyze system and usage reports to monitor learner adoption, support operational needs, and identify opportunities for improvement. Generate recurring and ad hoc reports from supply chain systems and dashboards to support business decisions, user enablement, and operational visibility. Use reporting insights and learner feedback to continuously improve training content, support resources, and user experience. Support the rollout and adoption of new tools, enhancements, and enablement initiatives across supply chain functions. Identify
