About this role

Overview

The Microsoft Digital Direct Sales team is one of the largest worldwide retailers of Microsoft products. In our quest to deliver the best customer experience, deepen engagement with our existing fans, and fuel our continued growth in EMEA and LATAM, we are seeking senior ecommerce merchandising talent to lead our site merchandising team in the region and to grow our online sales of Surface, Xbox and gaming hardware, Microsoft 365, digital content and more across our digital storefront at microsoft.com/store. Your role as the Regional Site Merchandising Lead includes driving the planning and execution of regionally and locally driven online programs and initiatives for Microsoft Store sites across EMEA and LATAM. You will lead the site merchandising function, an outsourced team and vendors, and you will be responsible for optimising the end to end online site experience, implementing visual merchandising, promotions, testing and optimisation, cross-selling, upselling and conversion in line with overall product and regional strategy. You will work in close partnership with EMEA site merchandisers, and with global, regional and local teams, to optimise selling and the execution of compelling marketing, storytelling, offers, updates and product launches. You will develop and share deep business and customer insights to inform Microsoft Store strategy and tactics and to guide buying page optimisation. A growing part of this role is building and adopting AI agents to take on routine merchandising work such as page building, everyday edits, publishing checks and always-on optimisation. You will decide where agents can help, set the rules and limits they work within, review what they produce, and reinvest the time saved in strategy, requirements and testing.
