Description: Role Overview:
We're looking for experienced Product Management Trainers who can deliver high-impact learning experiences across a large, diverse enterprise. This role blends deep product expertise, strong facilitation skills, and the ability to teach modern PM practices -- including the use of AI-powered tools and workflows -- with clarity, confidence, and consistency. The trainer will support structured learning paths, guide learners through assessments, create and maintain training content, and manage learner records to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver core product management fundamentals with clarity, confidence, and real-world relevance across multiple cohorts. Apply PM concepts to real product scenarios, tailoring examples to different product domains (platform, data, SaaS, internal tools, customer-facing products, etc.). Guide learners through prerequisite-based learning paths, supporting knowledge checks, progression, and mastery of foundational concepts. Facilitate discussions, exercises, and simulations that engage diverse teams and reinforce practical
