What you will be doing
When you join the Airbus Global Graduate Programme in Finance, the 3 year development scheme will give you responsibility early on, to influence and guide decision making throughout the company, with the aim of becoming our leaders of the future. The scheme consist of six placements, to guide your growth into the role within the finance function and can expect to be involved in the following: - Rotate between different placements throughout our global business, gaining experiences as a business partner and in technical financial roles; - Develop your professional skills, build your networks locally and internationally, and gain a unique perspective on the world of Airbus; - Study towards CIMA, in order to become a fully qualified Chartered Management Accountant by the end of the graduate scheme; - Be part of a supportive and inclusive working environment which also offers opportunities to get involved in a variety of projects across the business to drive your personal development and make a difference; Your development journey will include a mixture of both UK and transnational placements. The transnational experience will start from your second year.
