Acquire knowledge of SAP's solution portfolio to support sales activities Gain insight to SAP's support and cloud portfolio Take responsibility for "Maintenance at Risk" (MAR) case creation and handle maintenance contracts Handle basic inquiries from different stakeholders (e.g. sales or finance community)  Revise and update existing maintenance documentation, as well as prepare customer presentations Further optimize maintenance, support and cloud reporting and analytics tools to further improve data quality Collaborate with the team to accelerate the Customer Evolution transformation and innovation journey to the Cloud for our customers Support the local German Customer Evolution team in other business-related topics and work closely together with colleagues from various other functional areas including Sales, Finance, support delivery, etc

What you bring

Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences Preferred fields of study: Economics, Business Administration, or similar Computer skills: Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, SAP basics Language skills: Fluent in German (verbal and written) and good English skills (verbal and written) Soft skills: Team player, proactive, working independently, creative and innovative, looking for challenges High level of initiative and operational readiness Preferred duration of work study: 6+ months
