You will apply business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively. You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Additionally, you are expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the quality engineering team. Develop and implement innovative testing methodologies to enhance product quality. Mentor team members to build their skills and knowledge in quality engineering. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on quality objectives. Utilize data-driven insights to refine testing strategies and improve overall efficiency. Define test strategy, automation roadmap, and release entry/exit criteria. Ensure performance readiness and lead defect governance. Technical Skills & Qualifications 8–12 years of experience in quality engineering. Expert proficiency in Selenium Automation (required). Proficiency in Selenium / Appium and API automation. Experience with CI test pipelines. Expert proficiency in Quality Engineering Strategy and Planning, Testing Process and Quality Improvement, and Quality Engineering Strategy Implementation.
