You Are:   A proven Leader with strong expertise in formulating, selling and delivering complex global finance transformations enabled by EPM platforms. Your knowledge is well rounded as a EPM Techno-Functional Solution Architect with end-to-end design, build, implementation, and maintenance experience. You possess deep industry and finance process knowledge and can articulate effective, scalable solutions that bring together strategy, technology, and people. You serve as the primary authority on platform design decisions, integration strategy, and solution quality — bridging technical architecture and functional finance knowledge across enterprise-grade implementations. Besides excellent client delivery skills, you are also someone that has deep understanding and experience in establishing and managing forward looking Center of Excellence (COE) that serves our global client needs from concept to commissioning. You are someone that is respected for mentoring the cross-functional practice team, develop, maintain and continuously improve best practices for the COE, Client delivery, Platform expertise and Industry knowledge. You have a unique skill and experience in collaborating across global teams, internal stakeholders, Partner and Client leaders to constantly serve the best by Accenture enabling us to be the #1 Leader in the market and maintain the status. The Work:    Client & Market facing (60% approx.) Works on one or multiple assigned strategic client pursuits and lead a complex delivery at rapid pace to meet client needs and agreed upon contractual objectives Responsible for end-to-end delivery of the project as accountable delivery leader across – Business, Process, Technical objectives and at required contract metrics Own the end-to-end technical and functional architecture of EPM implementations across consolidation, planning, reporting, and close management. Lead discovery workshops with CFO, Controller, and finance leadership to capture business requirements and translate them into architectural blueprints. Design comprehensive EPM application architecture including; cube structure, dimensionality, workflow profiles, security models, and data integration frameworks. Establish platform governance standards, coding best practices, and solution design principles across all development workstreams. Design and deliver a Total Enterprise architecture including necessary cross functional integration architecture between EPM and upstream/downstream systems including ERP, HCM, CRM, and data warehouses. Evaluate and select Marketplace solutions, custom extensions, and third-party tools aligned with business needs. Lead technical and functional reviews, ensuring solution quality, scalability, and maintainability.
