About this role
Would you like to be part of a team focused on increasing adoption of Amazon Web Services among Korean Enterprises? Do you have the business savvy and technical background necessary to help establish Amazon as a key technology platform provider? As a Sr. Account Manager, you will have the exciting opportunity to help drive the growth and shape the future of an emerging technology. Your responsibilities will include driving service adoption, usage growth, and market penetration within Korean Enterprise accounts. The ideal candidate will possess both an account management and technical background that enables you to engage at the CXO level as well as with software developers and IT architects. You should also be a self-starter who is prepared to develop and execute against a territory coverage plan, acquire and develop new accounts, and consistently deliver on quarterly business goals. Key job responsibilities • Meet or exceed annual business goals — including revenue targets, pipeline generation, and strategic KPIs — with accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene (Salesforce). • Develop deep understanding of industry/customer business and technology trends (Cloud, AI) to identify opportunities and deliver relevant solutions. • Create and articulate compelling value propositions that accelerate customers' Digital Transformation (DX) and AI Transformation (AX) through AWS, driving measurable business outcomes. • Develop and execute comprehensive account/territory plans that drive net-new customer acquisition and expand workloads within existing accounts. • Own the end-to-end sales cycle, from opportunity identification through deal closure. • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams and partners (ISVs, MSPs) to deliver comprehensive solutions, co-sell, and accelerate customer adoption. • Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts at C-level and decision-maker level.
