This role includes overseeing the architectural design to ensure robust security measures are integrated seamlessly. The position requires thorough documentation of security controls and facilitating the smooth transition of these controls into managed cloud security operations, ensuring ongoing protection and compliance within the cloud environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead the development and implementation of security strategies that support cloud infrastructure and services. - Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure security policies and procedures are consistently applied and updated. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their understanding of cloud security principles and practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Delivery, Security Governance. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Security Governance. - Strong knowledge of cloud security principles, frameworks, and best practices. - Ability to design scalable and secure cloud architectures that meet business and regulatory requirements. - Experience in documenting security controls and managing their lifecycle within cloud environments. - Skilled in collaborating with diverse teams to align security initiatives with organizational goals.
