Our Portsmouth, RI team primarily supports programs in the naval undersea and naval surface domains, including sensor systems, mine countermeasures, submarines, torpedoes, combat systems, and ship architecture/integration. In this role, you will serve as a trusted technical expert and key leader, assisting in addressing complex challenges while ensuring the team operates effectively and efficiently. Your primary responsibilities will include being a team leader in overseeing technical work and ensuring project requirements are met with precision and accuracy. You will act as a team leader by reviewing work, and contributing to the development of innovative procedures, processes, and standards to enhance team performance. You will ensure systems are built, tested, and deployed seamlessly, while ensuring the team is meeting project objectives.
