Collaborate with Marketing, Risk, and Analytics teams to develop and deploy segmentation strategies, pricing models, and response optimization frameworks that improve profitability and customer take-up. Analyze product financial performance — including loans, originations, portfolio yields, net credit margin, return on assets, and NPS — and recommend targeted actions to improve returns. Identify and evaluate growth opportunities across Citi portfolios and external partnerships to expand and optimize Balance Transfer offers throughout the lending continuum. Maintain and strengthen the governance and control environment for Balance Transfer as a lending product, ensuring alignment with Citi's risk appetite framework. Required Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree with 10 or more years of experience in product management, financial services, or a related field. Effective communicator and influencer, capable of building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and driving alignment across diverse teams. Customer-first mindset, with a genuine understanding of consumer financial needs and a commitment to delivering experiences that add real value. Results-oriented approach, with the discipline to execute on plans, manage competing priorities, and deliver outcomes within defined timelines.
