Spring Mountain Treatment Center is a 110-bed mental health facility providing acute crisis stabilization services for adults, teens, and children in a secure inpatient setting since 2001. Our individualized treatment includes a structured, therapeutic environment, intensive physician involvement and oversight, and daily group and educational programs. We are currently seeking dynamic professionals to join our team as an experienced Per Diem Registered Nurse (RN). The Registered Nurse (RN) is the clinical staff member who has interaction with patients on a daily basis. They present good communication and observation skills as well as the ability to accurately process and document information. The RN provides structure and safety to the milieu environment as directed by hospital and unit procedures and manages patient behavior effectively. The RN develops and maintains a therapeutic relationship throughout the healthcare continuum.
