Staff Hardware Technician

As a cross-functional technician supporting Education Services and Technical Support, you will ensure seamless customer and instructor training experiences by preparing and configuring hardware setups for training events and providing technical support during live sessions. Additionally, you will partner with local engineering teams to maintain lab infrastructure, software images, and demonstration units. This position requires the ability to safely lift and move equipment.
