Role Purpose As a Licensed Sales Agent you will assist customers with inquiries that will include; general policy information, enrollment assistance, benefit breakdown, billing review, and cross selling various ancillary products.    Do

Take inbound calls & make outbound calls to warm/hot leads.  Have interactive conversations with prospective and existing customers to showcase your active listening skills  Effectively create customer need by conducting various probing techniques.  Accurately describe benefits and features for all available product lines.  Follow documented processes and guidelines.  Document systems properly to ensure accurate tracking and accountability.  Achieve all sales and call center goals.ÂÂ

  Qualifications

HS Diploma or GED required.  Valid insurance license with health component.  Current continuing education requirements for license must be met  Knowledge of successful selling techniques.  Excellent oral and written communication skills.  Outstanding
