We’re looking for a Logistics Performance Analyst to join our team and contribute to the continuous improvement of our service. Working within a defined area, you’ll help turn performance data into insights and actions that support better business outcomes. This is a business role with an analytical component. You will use data to monitor performance, identify opportunities, support decisions, recommend improvements and drive actions across the customer experience and logistics operations. You will report to the Logistics Performance Manager and focus on a defined area of responsibility. Your core focus: Take responsibility for monitoring performance within a defined Logistics Performance area, identifying trends, deviations, potential issues and their business relevance. Analyse performance drivers and their relationship with customer experience and commercial metrics such as conversion rate and reorder rate. Prepare clear findings and practical recommendations to support improvements in our service, processes and customer experience. Contribute to monthly and quarterly business reviews by preparing concise analyses, discussion points and recommendations. Work with your manager and relevant teams to investigate business questions, communicate findings and follow up agreed improvement actions. What you’ll get exposure to: How the accuracy and reliability of customer-facing time information affect customer trust and experience. Experiments and A/B tests, including helping prepare analyses and understand the results. Product Development discussions related to customer-facing features Improvements to Logistics Performance tools and processes.

At least 2 years of experience in business analysis, operations, logistics, performance management, product, commercial analysis, consulting or another relevant business environment. A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Business or another relevant field. Experience analysing data and creating clear visualisations using tools such as Looker, Tableau, Google Sheets or similar. Ability to prepare clear presentations and communicate findings effectively. Familiarity with AI tools and a practical mindset for using them to support analysis, research and productivity. A structured, curious and ownership-driven approach, with the ability to manage priorities, work independently within a defined scope and deliver with pace. Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate with colleagues from different teams and perspectives. Nice to have, but not essential: Exposure to experiments, A/B tests or hypothesis-based analysis. Exposure to product development, logistics, customer experience or operational performance. Experience in a digital platform, marketplace or other fast-moving business.
