This role manages end‑to‑end recruitment activities, partners closely with hiring managers, and delivers a consistent, high‑quality candidate experience. The position offers exposure to diverse roles and stakeholders within a global MedTech organization and the opportunity to directly impact workforce capability and organizational success.

Manage full‑cycle recruiting activities, including requisition intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer preparation, and onboarding coordination.  Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, hiring priorities, and timelines.  Source and engage candidates using multiple channels such as job boards, referrals, internal databases, and social platforms.  Conduct candidate screening and interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.  Ensure a positive, inclusive, and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.  Maintain accurate recruiting data and documentation in applicant tracking systems.  Track and report on recruitment metrics to support continuous improvement and transparency.  Ensure compliance with company policies, local labor laws, and data‑privacy requirements.  Utilize recruiting systems, technologies, and digital tools to enable efficient hiring processes, strengthen data quality, and improve hiring manager and candidate experiences.  Leverage recruiting data, market insights, and talent trends to influence decisions, identify opportunities, and support continuous improvement across the hiring process.  Tell a clear talent story by translating data, business needs, and candidate market dynamics into actionable insights and recommendations for hiring managers and HR partners.  Serve as a strategic talent advisor to business and HR stakeholders by providing consultative guidance on hiring strategy, talent availability, and selection approach.  Collaborate across Talent Acquisition, business, and HR teams to align priorities, solve challenges, and deliver hiring outcomes that support business and workforce needs.    For more information on how we support the whole health of our employees throughout their wellness,   career   and life journey, please visit   www.careers.jnj.com .
