Specialist Sales - AI Workforce

The  Solution Area Specialist IC4 – AI Workforce  will drive Microsoft Indonesia’s AI Workforce growth, focused on Microsoft 365, Copilot, and AI transformation. The role partners with enterprise customers and internal account teams to identify opportunities, shape business value, and accelerate adoption of AI-powered productivity and collaboration solutions.

Drive AI Workforce sales opportunities across assigned Indonesia segments/accounts. Build pipeline and execute GTM motions for Microsoft 365, Copilot, and AI Workforce solutions. Partner with account teams, solution engineers, customer success, and partners to land customer outcomes. Lead customer conversations on AI transformation, productivity, security, adoption, and business value. Develop account plans, qualify opportunities, manage forecast, and progress deals to close. Orchestrate workshops, demos, and executive engagements to shape demand. Support customers through solution adoption, change management, and value realisation. Track competitive landscape and position Microsoft’s AI Workforce value proposition effectively.

Experience in enterprise technology sales, solution sales, or business development. Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, Copilot, modern work, productivity, and AI transformation. Ability to translate customer business needs into solution value and commercial opportunity. Proven capability in pipeline creation, opportunity management, negotiation, and closing. Strong stakeholder orchestration across customers, partners, and internal teams. Consultative selling skills with executive presence and business-value storytelling. Familiarity with cloud productivity, security, adoption, and change-management concepts. Based in Indonesia; able to work in-office 3-5 days a week.  This position will be open for a minimum of 5 days, with applications accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled.
