Roles & Responsibilities India Chief Engineer/ Pan India Engineering Lead Major Responsibilities: Incident Management - Critical impacting incidents or impact to redundancy of critical equipment. Gather facts, communicate out. Track and report back on repairs. Produce RCA for serious incidents. Implement improvement plans and track progress through to completion. Govern SharePoint incent tracker and REPAC to ensure data is of expected quality. Report on incident in regional meetings. Vendor contracts- Ensure PPM contracts are in place collaborate with Regional engineering lead& procurement on technical scopes and SLA’s. Govern and make sure there is no expired critical services contracts ,Govern renewals of new service contract to ensure technical scope and frequency meets the minimum and agreed standard. PPM- Planning- Manage teams to put together yearly PPM plans and ensure it is aligned to service contract frequencies and GRE-OE minimum requirements Ensure the 3 month look ahead is completed for all locations for critical activities. Power down events Management -Have ITSM raised, start team planning 4 months prior to event. Ensure power down meets minimum activity standards. Provide QA to script and sign off. Host pre power down presentation to GRE Execution- attendance at major power downs to: monitor, report, list improvements/defects, issue communications and manage incidents Ensure post power down report is produced, QA applied and send to GRE Ensure there is a safety champion and safety deliverables/standards embedded into the power down planning and delivery. ServiceNow - Quality assurance to make sure the correct tasks are raised within the Snow and the pre work documentation is uploaded and in the expected level of detail. (MOPS, SWMS, permits) Sign off SNow for your managed locations. CMMS/Prism -Ensure all PPM planned is reflected in prism. Ensure assets are uploaded in prism correctly and asset details are all completed. Tracking completion statistics to ensure 100% closure each month. Training & Development - India Engineering Training plan and roll out. Deliver training session Pan India Implement incident drills. Implement vendor controls to ensure staff have vendor staff training records for critical vendors. SOPS/EOPS · Ensure all required SOPS/EOPS are produced .Track progress, review and sign off all SOPS/EOPS that are produced. Produce progress report on development/revision. Staff Management -Ensure all direct staff have yearly objectives with their selected subject. Ensure direct and indirect new engineering have completing technical onboarding assessments. Competency assess current technical staff to ensure there are meeting job requirements. Ensure succession plans are in place for engineering team. Equipment Management- Develop lifecycle replacement plan for India + 5 years. Manage and govern the UPS heat map for India. Conduct condition assessments of equipment System Single point of failure analysis. Share point Management- Provide governance on regional engineering tracking on behalf of India. Ensure all engineering folders are kept up to date (SLD, vendors,SOP/EOP/MOP,O&M manuals, critical spares) Undertake spot audits on critical systems service reports for identification of issues (UPS, HVAC, DG’s,IR imaging) Projects- Be the point of quality assurance to the client on new equipment replacement and new major
