Summary The Director of Strategic Pricing & Contracting Analytics is responsible for developing and leading the analytic, financial, and operational capabilities that support pricing and contracting decision-making across the organization. This role serves as the primary business lead for deal modeling, contracting analytics, data governance initiatives, reporting, GTN / ASP forecasting support, and process innovation. The position partners closely with Strategic Pricing & Contracting leadership, Finance, Market Access, Commercial Operations, and Advanced Analytics to deliver actionable insights and scalable capabilities that improve decision quality and execution.
Key Responsibilities
Leads all financial evaluation and deal modeling for pricing and contracting proposals to support business decision-making and account strategy development presented through the pricing and contracting governance review processes. Inform GTN / ASP forecasting, budget, contracting strategy, and contract performance assessments Partner closely with Finance, Accounting, Account teams, Government Pricing, Legal and Advanced Analytics to ensure alignment of data, model assumptions, and reporting Serve as Strategic Pricing & Contracting lead for Market Access and enterprise data initiatives Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reporting tools that provide visibility into contracting performance, customer trends, and business outcomes Identify, evaluate, and implement new technologies, AI solutions, automation capabilities, and process improvements Establish and maintain data standards, reporting methodologies, and analytical best practices for contracting analysis Generate actionable business insights that support pricing, contracting, reimbursement, and access decisions Enhance organizational capabilities related to contracting operations, modeling, reporting, and business intelligence Preferred Experience 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare consulting, market access, commercial operations, finance, or related analytical functions. Demonstrated experience supporting strategic pricing, contracting, market access, reimbursement, or gross-to-net decision-making. Deep understanding of U.S. payer, provider, specialty pharmacy, distribution and alternate site of care channels, including the financial and operational drivers that influence access and contracting strategies. Strong knowledge of U.S. healthcare reimbursement, payer dynamics, and market access strategies. Demonstrated expertise in gross-to-net, ASP, contract performance, and pricing analytics. Proven ability to lead teams and influence decisions through data-driven insights. Experience supporting executive governance and strategic decision-making processes. Track record of developing innovative analytical capabilities, dashboards, automation solutions, and business intelligence tools. Exceptional financial modeling, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience in rare disease and medical benefit buy & bill portfolios Experience with Rare Disease portfolios preferred U.S. Pay Range $195,500.00 - $264,500.00 The pay range reflects the full-time base salary range we expect to pay for this role at the time of posting. Base pay will be determined based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education. This role is eligible for an annual short-term incentive award (e.g., bonus or sales incentive) and an annual long-term incentive award (e.g., equity).
