Join Us as a Senior Project Manager - Labs – Make an Impact at the Forefront of Innovation Key Responsibilities Data & Document Migration Provide hands-on support for tracking, migrating and verifying data and documents between internal and external repositories. Perform migration verification following migration waves and at integration milestones, confirming completeness against source information and documenting outcomes. Support bulk migration planning and execution, including movement of information between Box, eArchive and other controlled repositories. Manage documentation through different stages of its lifecycle and assign or maintain appropriate metadata following migration activities. Identify missing documentation, duplicate records, multiple document versions and other data-quality issues. Regulatory Documentation & Data Quality Map source documentation against existing regulatory submission structures, including IND/IMPD documentation where applicable. Perform source-document and regulatory gap analysis to identify missing or incomplete documentation and support SME review. Monitor metadata compliance throughout the knowledge-transfer process and complete required readiness checks before downstream upload or archiving. Review documentation for quality issues, including correct rendering, figures, metadata and completeness, and escalate gaps to the appropriate stakeholders. Provide initial metadata classification and categorisation in line with project direction and controlled processes. Analytics, Reporting & Digital Tools Use Power BI or an equivalent business intelligence tool to analyse processes, identify trends and generate meaningful reporting. Identify key analytical themes and measures to establish baselines, assess level of control and highlight opportunities for improvement. Create and maintain Box tracking applications and project-specific applications as requirements evolve. Manage or configure Power Apps, Box Apps or similar digital tools and generate reports to support project tracking and decision-making. Use analytics and reporting to identify duplicates, missing information, metadata gaps and other process or data-quality issues. Support problem analysis and timely resolution of process and system issues, escalating where appropriate. Project Co-ordination & Stakeholder Support Schedule and plan activities to meet key project priorities and timelines, setting clear daily and weekly priorities. Prioritise upload-readiness and document activities in line with upcoming milestones, priority dates and available capacity. Act as a first-line point of support for project teams on system access, knowledge-transfer processes and application queries. Coordinate activities across Workstream Leads, Data Stewards, Document Specialists, Knowledge Transfer Managers, Data Leads and other stakeholders. Communicate progress, risks, issues and outstanding actions clearly and support ad hoc data-verification activities when required.
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant academic/vocational qualification, with approximately 2+ years of relevant professional experience or equivalent demonstrated capability. Hands-on experience in
