Recruiter (Contract)

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Recruiter to join our team for 12-month contract. This role is located in Wroclaw. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from intake through offer, for a range of roles across business lines and functions Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, understanding their team needs, culture, and long-term goals Leverage AI and recruiting technology to source, assess, and engage top talent efficiently Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through consistent, clear communication and advocacy throughout the process Partner with HR and compensation teams to lead complex offer negotiations, balancing internal equity with market competitiveness Operate with a high degree of independence, taking ownership of searches and navigating ambiguity with confidence

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced or matrixed environment Proven experience in international recruitment, preferably across continental Europe Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility across stakeholders Comfortable using AI and data-driven tools in the recruiting process, from sourcing to assessment Demonstrated ability to manage multiple searches and priorities independently Experience managing and closing complex offers, including compensation negotiation Clear, professional communication and a strong sense of ownership German language skills would be an advantage
