Standard Job Description 
 You will be the Subcontract Management Sr for the Subcontract Management Team. Our team is responsible for managing supplier cost, schedule and technical performance on moderate‑to‑high‑risk software programs for commercial, DOD and international customers.

As the Subcontract Management Sr you will be responsible for leading subcontract management activities across a diverse portfolio of programs. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Manage supplier cost, schedule, and technical performance across commercial, DOD, and international programs. Lead multifunctional subcontract management teams and exercise procurement delegation authority. Develop subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms for specialized materials, equipment, and services. Prepare bid packages, conduct bidder conferences, evaluate proposals, and negotiate subcontract provisions. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance. Basic Qualifications 
 -Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 6 years of professional experience; or 4 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree. -Prior Supply Chain Experience -Prior Subcontract Administrator Experience -Candidate must have the ability to obtain US Security Clearance, selected candidate will need to be able to obtain a Secret security clearance. -Able to work effectively in a team environment -Able to support travel to meet program objective  -US Citizen Desired Skills 
 -Excellent written and verbal communication skills -Familiarity with LMAPs and procurement processes, TINA, FAR and DFAR Requirements  Pay Information GeoZone Definition: GeoZones are geographic groupings created by Lockheed Martin to align compensation ranges with regional labor markets and cost-of-labor differences across the United States.
