As   a member of the Carrier CFD team, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior CFD Engineer with 10+ years of experience in the HVAC industry to lead advanced simulation and product development activities focused on HVAC Industry. The candidate should   possess   strong fundamentals in Fluid Mechanics, Heat & Mass Transfer, Thermodynamics along with extensive hands-on experience in CFD modelling, validation, and design optimization.   Job Requirement: Execute CFD simulations for Flow & Heat transfer, thermal management applications Expertise in simulation model validation and correlation with test data. Refrigerant side - Single and Two phase-change related projects Fan and blower aerodynamic performance, Aero acoustics knowledge will be plus Heat exchanger optimization & system efficiency Power Electronics Thermal Management Conduct steady-state and transient thermal-fluid simulations. Support new product development, design optimization, and troubleshooting activities. Lead simulation-based design improvements to enhance performance, efficiency, and reliability. Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product Design, Testing, Controls, and Manufacturing Added advantage with AI/ML applications for CFD and engineering simulations   Requirements     M.Tech   degree in Thermal   engineering   from a recognized university with minimum 10 years of experience.   ANSYS Fluent, Mesher,   Icepak   &   Msc   Hexagon tools   CAD/CFD model level cleanup tool:   Ansys Space claim(must)       Benefits     We offer a competitive total rewards package that may include other benefits and   well ‑ being   programs.
