Facilities Manager

The Facilities Manager is responsible for the daily management and operation of facility maintenance, engineering, grounds, and construction activities throughout the property. This position oversees preventative maintenance programs, work order management, facility projects, vendor performance, and team development to ensure a safe, clean, and efficient environment for guests and team members. The Facilities Manager works closely with the Director of Facilities to support departmental goals, capital improvement initiatives, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.
