We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager with strong expertise in Retail Banking Operations to lead large-scale teams and drive operational excellence. The candidate should have demonstrated experience in managing large FTE spans, client relationships, service delivery, process improvements, and regulatory compliance within the banking domain ͏

Experience Required

10+ years of experience in Retail Banking Operations Minimum 8 years in leadership/people management roles Experience managing teams with a span of 70-80 FTEs Experience in handling process transitions and operational migrations

Mandatory Skills

Strong Retail Banking Operations experience Proven leadership and people management capabilities Experience handling client escalations and stakeholder management Knowledge of banking regulations, compliance, and industry guidelines Lean and Six Sigma Certification Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Knowledge of banking technology and industry trends Ability to build, motivate, and develop high-performing teams Willingness to work from office and align with US business hours
