Job Description
Summary The Procurement Data Analytics is responsible to converts data taken from different sources into actionable insights for the Procurement team. Tools of data analytics and technologies shall be used to find trends and solve problems, reshape the business processes, improve decision-making and foster commodities improvement for Supplier’s Deliveries and Performances. The Procurement data analytics Process owner is directly reporting to the Procurement Leader and will work to ensure the: • Data collection • Data storage • Data processing • Data cleaning • Data analysis Job Description Essential Responsibilities Support the weekly and monthly operating rhythms and Standard works of the Procurement Leader and Managers by means of updating the data analysis and KPIs of the critical Suppliers and parts impacting the plants performances Contribute to the strategic decisions and to the strategy definition for Suppliers improvement in a data driven manner. Problem solving and first level PRS, analysis of trends, identification of leading indicators, identification of improvement actions, ensure the standard of data collection, analysis and reporting among the Procurement Manages of the different Commodities. Maintain and develop the procurement dashboards collaborating with the Procurement team, the Sourcing Digital Focal and the Digital team Develop Supplier Portal Required Qualifications: Scientific Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, Engineering degree is preferred Knowledge of the sourcing field Knowledge of Avio Aero Sourcing, Quality and Material planning processes is preferred Certified courses in data analytics and statistics are preferred Fluent in Italian and English Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required Desired Qualifications: Strong oral and written communication skills Attitude to work in a cross-functional team Strong interpersonal skills Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems Demonstrated ability to lead projects Established project management skills Basic knowledge of Problem solving toolset: PSR approach, pareto, 5 whys, TOP 8D, Six Sigma Knowledge of SAP Why Join Us: At Avio Aero, people power our progress.
