It could be one region/a few products or few locations in S&OP tool 9.Year price Negotiation: Support Account Manager with RFQ data verification (RFQ data processing) 10.Prepare data for Volume Price Agreements (VPA), track VPA fulfillment, adjust backlog for new pricing 11.Opportunity management: Processing sample requests from the customer through ISaR; track & expedite the delivery of samples. Support data entry into CRM Dynamics according to guidance of FAE or AM 12.Reporting and Analysis: Simple analysis guided by supervisor by clear instructions, update of predefined reports such as RMextract_Dragon Cube_CEBIS+ Cube etc 13.Account clearing: credit limit check, clarification of overdue and differences Prices & tax) in alignment with AM; credit & debit notes creation in ERP system 14.Process Change Notification (PCN)/Product Discontinuations (PD):Send documents to customer and active follow-up if not automated

15.Contracts: coordinate between customer and internal departments one.g. LOA, EDI, SBI, CRA logistics, NDA, settlement agreements Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed 1.College degree or 5+ years work experience in similar field 2.Must be able to operate, align and collaborate with cross functional and global teams. 3.Must speak English & Mandarin. Other languages are a plus 4.Demonstrates excellent customer and sales support skills 5.Service oriented attitude, excellent interpersonal and communication skills 6.Has a sense of responsiveness, both timely and completeness 7.Ability to drive closure with diverse personnel throughout the corporation 8.Able to manage daily tasks and responsibilities with minimal supervision 9.Applies company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues 10.Able to receive detailed instructions from their direct manager, offer suggestions for improvement and to be a leader among peers
