 About this opportunity: We at Ericsson are excited to present this opportunity for a Network Operations Engineer. This role is critical to our operations, filled with responsibilities that aim to ensure our customers continuously enjoy services performing at utmost efficiency.

Monitor network alarms, events, and KPIs.  Perform incident analysis and troubleshooting.  Register and manage incidents.  Escalate incidents according to procedures.  Support major incidents and maintenance activities.  Produce operational reports.  Contribute to process improvements.  The skills you bring: Bachelor degree in Telecommunications, IT, Electronics, or related field.  Knowledge of telecom technologies and OSS tools.  Understanding of incident management.  Strong analytical skills.  Effective communication skills.  Professional proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal).  Why join Ericsson?
