Purpose: this role consists of ANZ cluster – which is a business strategist and product‑minded technology leader who partners closely with the regional MedTech leadership team to shape growth strategies, modernize platforms, and deliver differentiated digital and AI capabilities for customers and patients. This leader serves as the critical point of connection between business strategy and technology execution , developing technology as a competitive advantage for the region and business. You will lead a business‑facing technology organization in the region, orchestrating the full breadth of J&J Technology products, platforms, and services to maximize value, speed, and quality for the MedTech portfolio. You will engage deeply with senior business leaders (e.g., Company Group Chair/Regional Leadership Teams) to define priorities and deliver outcomes.   The EP-NV business encompasses digital surgery/robotics platforms, OR integration, imaging and computer vision, field service digitization, supply continuity and instrument lifecycle analytics. You will be responsible for : Strategy & Outcomes Co‑create the regional technology strategy for Electrophysiology and Neurovascular in alignment with MedTech business goals – along with broader ASPAC goals; translate strategy into a prioritized multi‑year product and platform roadmap with clear value outcomes Develop technology as a competitive advantage —accelerating innovation, simplification, and go‑to‑market agility across priority markets and franchises, including competitive analyis Serve as strategic technology partner to regional senior leaders; jointly identify opportunities, advise on the transformation and application of technology to unlock growth, efficiency, and superior customer/patient experience.   Provide accountable technology leadership for end-to-end BU outcomes,
