Division Specific Information: This role is in the Single Use Division and will be performed at our Logan, Utah location. How You Will Make an Impact: As a Material Handler I you will prepare and kit materials for the production departments. You will safely carry out the warehouse process by closely following the Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instruction Documents, and work orders as they relate to material handling, equipment operating, and packaging. Material Handler I’s will work through the site Technician Training Program. Day in the Life: Work in a warehouse environment, ensuring safe, accurate, and timely order fulfillment. Use tools and equipment such as computers, tape guns, scanners, pallet jacks, and Power Industrial Trucks (PITs). Deliver materials to other buildings using company vehicles (box truck and van). Prepare and update material movement documentation and inventory management system. Receive and fill orders accurately and safely, placing materials in the appropriate locations in a timely manner. Follow safety standards, Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) requirements, company operating procedures, and policies. Ensure products meet quality standards by collaborating with other stations and departments to address quality errors. Maintain accurate documentation as the task is being performed and accurate inventory in designated warehouses and locations. Participate in Practical Process Improvements (PPI) activities. Work effectively to consistently meet goals as an individual and as part of a team. Focus on personal development through timely completion of training. Adhere to schedule to meet department and site goals while maintaining focus on quality of work. Perform additional duties as assigned to support business and operational needs.

Education & Experience

High school diploma or equivalent. No previous work experience required.

Preferred Experience

Previous work experience in a cGMP environment, manufacturing, operations, production, or warehouse. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Competency in using computers, Microsoft Office products, and inventory management systems. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Read and understand written materials, including words, pictures, and numbers. Accurate counting, sorting, calculating, and measuring using tools like calculators and tape measures. Ability to understand chemical safety, including interpreting labels and Safety Data Sheets (SDS). Operate Power Industrial Trucks (PITs) such as forklift, order picks, swing reach, Bendi, electric power jack, box truck, and similar equipment. Maintain a valid driver’s license. Physical Requirements and Work Environment: Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Safety Standards. This is a fully on-site role.
