Supervisor de Produccion

Supervisar, coordinar y asegurar la correcta ejecucion de las operacionse del proceso de pintura, garantizando el cumplimiento del plan de produccion bajo los estandares establecidos de seguridad, calidad, productividad, costo y entrega utilizando conocimientos tecnicos especialziados en procesos de preparacion, aplicacion, curado y acabao de pintura.  A Day In The Life

Coorinar las actividades diarias del area de pintura de acuerdo al plan de produccion  Asegurar el cumplimiento de metas de produccion: eficiencia, scrap, tiempos, delivery  Distribuir al personal y recursos de acuerdo con las necesidades de produccion  Asegurar la continuidad operativa y reaccionar oportunamente Supervisar tecnicamente los procesos de preparacion de superficies, mezcla, aplicacion y curado de pintura  Asegurar los parametros establecidos para el proceso  Monitorear variables como: viscocidad, temperatura, humedad, presion de aplicacion, flujo de pintura, tiempo, relacion de mezcla  Participar en pruebas, validaciones y cambios de materiales

Mantenimiento del orden y limpieza de las áreas de producción.

3-5 años de experiencia en Manufactura  Experiencia previa en supervision de produccion Experiencia especifica en procesos industriales de pintura  Experiencia en solucion de problemas de calidad y proceso  Escolaridad: Ingenieria o experiencia equivalente Habilidad comunicativa Liderazgo Habilidad para motivar Responsable Proactivo
