Job Summary This position provides direct support to the department by assisting with analysis, research, reporting, and preparation of presentation materials. He/She researches results to address specific business needs, perform data analyses, and create recommendations based on findings. This position communicates results to key stakeholders and proactively addresses related issues.

Develops actionable research objectives to address key business issues. Performs analysis, analyzes data, and interprets findings to ensure comprehensive understanding of results before presenting to stakeholders. Maintains an understanding of current market and industry practices to leverage existing knowledge and optimize the development of customer analysis. Communicates findings and insights from analysis to key stakeholders.
