Regional Sustainability Operations Analyst

This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise and business acumen to transform sustainability data into actionable insights that drive decision-making across GCS programs and regions. This position requires in-office presence 5 days per week. Key responsibilities include: Provide support to sustainability team, specific to energy, water, and waste program goals, collaborating with team members as needed Able to quantify impact of programs and policies Improve upon processes and procedures for data collection and monitoring to support data analytics.Ensure adherence and on-going tracking of results Monitor financial performance of all initiatives. Work with team to track and improve performance with proactive use of data Calculate Return on Investment (ROI) through Cost Benefit Analysis on new pilots and programs related to carbon, waste and water. Optimize relationships with utility, municipal, and technology partners to improve performance and reduce program costs Establish strong working relationships with workstreams to deliver against KPI targets. Key skills: The ability to manage multiple deliverables with inter-related dependencies Strong organizational skills and process-driven, with an orientation toward continuous process improvement Strong emotional intelligence and capacity to deliver an excellent client experience. Strong ability to clearly identify issues with data and raise them to the appropriate JLL team member. Ability to work to a defined milestone dates and raise any concerns early and often. Sound like you? To apply you need to be/have: 2-3 years’ experience in similar analyst role. High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and large data set management. Preferred proficiency in SmatSheets, SQL, Python, VBA Macros, Tableua, or PowerBI Excellent communication skills including the ability to identify and describe data anomalies and provide solutions accordingly. Ability to multi-task and manage priorities to meet deadlines. A strong desire to deliver a quality outcome for the client and end users. Experience and understanding of sustainability and carbon emissions reporting will be a strong advantage. Project management experience would be an advantage. This role requires a high attention to detail and a strong process-driven approach.
