CBS - IT Support Associates (Non-Client Serving)

As a CBS professional, you will work across teams to provide the knowledge, resources, and tools that enable EY to deliver exceptional service to our clients, succeed in the marketplace, and drive growth and profitability. Major teams within CBS include Finance, Information Technology, Talent, Legal, Brand, Marketing & Communications, Business Development, and Risk Management. Job Responsibilities

Provide IT support to employees, including executive and VIP users. Install, configure, and deploy computers for new joiners, replacements, and hardware refresh programs. Support Modern Workplace initiatives involving end-user devices and productivity tools. Provide support for telephony and communication services. Assist users with the booking, setup, and troubleshooting of audio-visual equipment for meetings, conferences, and events. Provide physical network support and coordinate with the L3 Engineering team as required. Support purchase request processes and monitor procurement progress. Assist in local data center and infrastructure operations, including documentation, server access management, HVAC monitoring, and UPS maintenance.

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline. Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems is preferred. Good understanding of IT infrastructure environments, including computers, servers, wired and wireless networks, cooling systems, and audio-visual solutions. Familiarity with ITIL principles and IT service management practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Well-organized, adaptable, and capable of maintaining accurate documentation. Willing to work outside regular business hours when required.
