As an Account Manager & Client Strategy, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and enhancing brand visibility within our Internal Firm Services practice. You will utilize market research to engage clients and capture new business opportunities. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Buenos Aires, you will focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, confirming their needs are met and providing exceptional service. Your work will involve understanding client goals, managing accounts, and employing effective strategies to build trust and loyalty. You will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, execution, and completion. Responsibilities - Developing and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth and enhance brand visibility - Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders to confirm their needs are met and provide exceptional service - Utilizing market research and digital marketing strategies to engage clients and capture new business opportunities - Managing accounts by understanding client goals and employing effective strategies to build trust and loyalty - Leading teams in planning, budgeting, and executing projects to meet organizational targets - Analyzing business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to the firm's success - Embracing technology and innovation to enhance service delivery and encourage team adoption - Addressing conflicts or issues by engaging in difficult conversations with stakeholders, escalating when necessary - Upholding professional and technical standards, including the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements - Understanding the importance of responsible Information Management, including Information Security and Data Protection - Ensuring correct Information Security Management practices What You Must Have - At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree - At least 4 years of experience in sales, marketing or related PwC experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required What Sets You Apart - Demonstrating proficiency in CRM software and digital analytics - Excelling in client management and relationship building - Utilizing strategic questioning and analytical thinking - Managing complex projects with budgetary oversight - Embracing change and innovation in client strategies - Developing skills in customer experience design and strategy All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment at PwC without regard to ethnicity; creed; color; religion; national origin; age; disability; neurodiversity; sexual orientation; gender identity or expression; marital status; or any other status protected by law.
