The opportunity Assist our clients better align their organizations' operating infrastructures with their strategies. We have a broad range of capabilities to assist clients with operational improvement, profitability management, finance function activities, and business integration. Your time will be dedicated to the Asset Management business--both Traditional and Alternative. Your key responsibilities Building relationships is the key. You will be a high-profile contact when it comes to motivating client engagement teams with diverse skills and backgrounds by fostering an innovative and inclusive team-orientated work environment. As you build knowledge and experience, you'll become a credible advisor to junior consultants within the organization as well as the clients. Skills and attributes for success:

To qualify for the role you must have
Bachelor's degree and approximately 8 years of related work experience; or graduate degree and approximately 7 year of related work experience Degree in business, finance, accounting, computer science, engineering, or a related field; MBA or MS degree preferred Minimum of 5 year of experience working at a professional services firm, financial services company or comparable experience working as an advisor to a financial services company Experience working in an asset management firm, private bank, investment area of an insurance company, mutual fund complex, third-party service provider, or as a consultant in one of these companies Demonstrated ability to manage and supervise a team through all phases of the initiative life cycle Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills, coupled with a strong interest in further developing industry and deep content knowledge in the Asset Management area Ability and comfort level researching client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices, and new
