Job Description
Reporting to the Vice President of Manufacturing, the Plant Manager, Clearpath & OTTO sets the strategic direction and leading manufacturing operations within our Kitchener & Waterloo facilities. You will improve and update core strategies/goals of manufacturing operations. You will work full time onsite.
Your Responsibilities
Improve manufacturing processes and culture through ROX – Rockwell Operating Excellence programme Manage 7+ direct reports. Deliver and improve manufacturing execution through adherence to standard processes provided by other support departments. Continue to grow the Connected Enterprise and Connected Supply Chain Implement a workforce strategy, including creating a culture where all employees can develop the skills needed to be successful, and especially the development of important future leadership talent. The Essentials - You Will Have: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience. Legal authorization to work in Canada is required. The Preferred - You Might Also Have: 12 years of management experience leading a mix of both manufacturing operations and supply chain. Bachelor's degree in supply chain or engineering. Supply chain experience with some depth in planning, scheduling, inventory management, logistics and strategic sourcing. Experience manufacturing industrial/technical products, with a preference for individuals with experience manufacturing electromechanical products. Experience developing global supply chain or operations strategies and following those strategies. A record of recognising and developing top talent and future leaders, mentoring, and building teams. A, demonstrated history of driving positive change by influencing, convincing and persuading others up the organisation, laterally and below. Expertise in and lean techniques. The ability to transition from visionary thinking to tactical implementation.

Actual pay will be based on factors such as skills, knowledge, education, and experience. This position is part of a job family.
