Roles and Responsibilities Manage daily OTC operations, ensuring timely and accurate execution of, Customer Billing & Invoicing, Cash Application, Collections, Dispute Management, Revenue Reconciliation, AR Subledger to GL Reconciliation Ensure service delivery meets contractual commitments, SLA/KPI targets, and client expectations Monitor operational dashboards and drive action plans to address process gaps and improve performance Support month-end close activities and ensure adherence to financial controls and reporting timelines Conduct quality reviews and implement corrective actions to improve process accuracy and efficiency Manage Media Receivables and billing activities across traditional and digital advertising accounts Develop understanding of Sequential Liability concepts and agency-client-vendor financial relationships Work closely with client stakeholders to resolve billing discrepancies and collection issues Act as the key operational contact for client teams and internal stakeholders Participate in governance calls and business reviews Provide regular updates on operational performance, collections status, aging trends, and improvement initiatives Build strong working relationships with client finance and business teams Monitor team performance and productivity metrics Identify process improvement and automation opportunities. Support transformation initiatives including digitization, workflow optimization, and productivity improvements Participate in transition, knowledge transfer, and process stabilization activities Maintain and update process documentation and standard operating procedures Ensure adherence to internal controls, audit requirements, SOX guidelines, and company policies Proactively identify operational risks and implement mitigation plans   Good end to end knowledge of interlinkages of Billing & Invoicing, Cash Application, Collections, Dispute Management, Revenue Reconciliation, AR Subledger to GL Reconciliation Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience working on ERP Microsoft Dynamics 365 and other platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or similar financial systems Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Strong proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
