In this role, you will: Lead the development, implementation, and documentation of complex statistical, predictive, and machine learning models. Develop quantitative solutions to assess risk, forecast losses, optimize pricing, and improve portfolio performance. Provide expert guidance to senior leaders on complex quantitative analytics initiatives and business challenges. Drive innovative modeling strategies that support both near-term business objectives and long-term growth. Serve as a subject matter expert in quantitative methodologies, predictive analytics, and machine learning techniques. Partner with business, risk, model governance, and validation teams to ensure effective model implementation and oversight. Support model governance activities, including documentation, monitoring, validation, and regulatory compliance. Present analytical insights and recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders. Collaborate with internal audit, model risk management, compliance, and regulatory partners.

Required Qualifications

7+ years of Quantitative Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative discipline such as mathematics, statistics, engineering, physics, economics, or computer science Desired Qualifications: Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in a quantitative discipline. Experience developing pricing, collections, credit risk, or fraud models within the Auto Finance industry. Advanced SAS, Python or equivalent programming experience Strong knowledge of predictive analytics, machine learning, and statistical modeling techniques. Experience developing complex, segmented models within a team environment. Experience with model governance, validation processes, and regulatory expectations. Experience developing and implementing predictive, statistical, or machine learning models within financial services. Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate complex analytical findings into actionable business recommendations. Job Expectations: Willingness to work on-site at one of the stated locations on the job opening. This position offers a hybrid work schedule. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
