The Manufacturing Finance Organization has an immediate need for a Principal Specialist, Operations Finance (Program Cost Controls). In this role your main responsibility will be supporting the East Coast Factories. In this role you’ll be responsible for executing all weekly/monthly/Quarterly KPI deliverables. You will help construct and execute change management protocols generating value to the executing originations via critical analysis. You must have excellent communication skills to be able to transfer knowledge, resolve conflicts and relay critical information across all multi-functional stakeholder environments. Lastly, you will prioritize resources in a dynamic geographically dispersed, and deadline driven environment. A successful candidate will also seek to utilize their talents to drive collaboration with the broader value stream finance and business operations finance team.
What You Will Do
Provide financial program cost control support to East Coast Factories. Executing all weekly/monthly/Quarterly KPI deliverables. Construct and execute change management protocols generating value to the executing originations via critical analysis. Transfer knowledge, resolve conflicts and relay critical information across all multi-functional stakeholder environments. Effective prioritizing of tasks in a dynamic geographically dispersed, and deadline driven environment.
Qualifications
You Must Have Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience Experience in using SAP Business Systems (ex: APEX, PRISM), Analysis for Office, Microsoft Office suite with advanced Excel skills. Experience in an independent role tasked to develop, update, and status financial and performance metrics and analysis driven reports Qualifications We Prefer Excellent communication skills (written/verbal) and ability to communicate effectively to various stake holders and senior leadership. Experience supporting manufacturing-based environment. Practical knowledge in leading and managing the execution of processes, projects and tactics within one work area. Broad knowledge and skills within a specific technical or professional discipline with understanding of the impact of work on other areas of the organization.
