About the position
Sr Project Manager – Global PMO The Kraft Heinz Global Business Services (GBS) organization is establishing a program management team consisting of senior Project and Program Management professionals to lead high-profile, complex transformation, transition, and technology transformation projects. The role will drive structured delivery across business process changes, operating model transitions, digital enablement, technology adoption, and cross-functional transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have program management end-2-end experience and experience facilitating cross-team planning to help mature our delivery capabilities and promote alignment and predictability through transparency and identification/coordination of dependencies and risks. You are an ideal candidate if you are highly organized, have a solid track record of successfully leading the management of global, complex programs, have strong communication skills, can work across multiple time zones, and excel in a fast-paced environment with rapid change. The Sr Project Manager takes responsibility for stakeholder management across the wider program audience, engages with senior leadership, provides structured recommendations, and acts as a delivery partner across transformation strategy, transition planning, technology implementation, risk management, and business readiness.
Requirements
Project/Program Execution Kick-off programs and projects from the start. You are responsible for initiating the project, setting up governance and leading planning and execution. Prioritize and manage a group of interdependent projects so each one delivers on their goals. Ensure regular reviews, accountability, and management of projects, stakeholders, and suppliers are in place. Track basic costs, more comprehensive costs of administering the program, and the costs of change and transition to achieve benefits. Lead transformation and transition workstreams covering scope definition, current-state assessment, future-state design, transition planning, implementation governance, benefit tracking, and business adoption. Manage technology transformation projects involving technology enablement, system/process integration, data migration readiness, user acceptance, cutover planning, deployment coordination, hypercare, and post-go-live stabilization. Coordinate with business, IT, finance, HR, procurement, operations, and external partners to manage dependencies, risks, decisions, escalations, and readiness activities across global programs. Manages the relationship with various (groups of) stakeholders strategically. Identify and analyze business needs, stakeholders, and interdependencies with other projects and programs. Assess current-state delivery challenges, identify root causes, and recommend practical improvements to operating models, governance forums, decision rights, and delivery practices. Facilitate
