As ANZ Tunnelling Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of AECOM’s tunnelling business across Australia and New Zealand. Working with major clients, industry leaders and high-performing teams, you will drive growth, lead strategic pursuits, provide technical leadership on landmark projects, and help develop the next generation of tunnelling professionals. Supported by AECOM’s global network, this is a unique opportunity to influence major infrastructure outcomes while building a lasting legacy within one of the industry's leading teams.

What you'll bring We're less interested in your job title and more interested in your impact. You'll likely bring: Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or similar related subject. Significant experience across major tunnelling and underground infrastructure projects throughout Australia Expertise in TBM, mined, shaft, trenchless, cavern, hydro or complex underground works Strong relationships across clients, contractors and industry partners A reputation for technical excellence and sound engineering judgement The ability to win work as well as deliver it A passion for developing people and building capability Active
