The Partner Success Delivery Manager is responsible for the overall management of HPE-branded, partner-delivered HPE Services, program governance, end-to-end delivery management, operational performance, total customer & partner experience and financials of assigned delivery partners. The Partner Success Delivery Manager has additional responsibilities to grow the HPE Services business in the Partner Accounts he/she manages by driving growth initiatives to ensure targeted growth is achieved by working closely with key Partner/HPE stakeholders. Main Job responsibilities : Acts as a Subject Matter Expert for all program requirements, documents and changes, etc. Ensures a close working relationship with assigned partners Leads operational delivery reviews with all assigned partners on a regular basis (reviewing performance delivery metrics, root cause analysis, corrective action plans, etc.) Ensures assigned partners deliver high quality customer satisfaction Ensures assigned partners have partner’s personnel with the required trainings, knowledge and skill-set to support the relevant HPE products. Leads partner delivery assessment on a yearly basis and ensure all related documents are properly recorded in the respective HPE tools Works across regions/geographies and WW teams to develop and/or implement new/enhanced services, solutions, or programs and associated processes to meet emerging customer/market needs and fuel profitable growth Utilizes in-depth understanding of customer and partner business, complex requirements to develop business case, validate the solution, and demonstrate services added value. Utilizes technical and business skills to lead complex cross- functional activities that drive continuous growth of the services business. Develops a close relationship and collaboration with Partner Account Team Participates in Partner business reviews, understands partners’ business environment & market segments, drives the creation and execution of the Partner Success Delivery Plan Acts as escalation point for all partner escalations Performs business analysis, identifies root cause, and develops recommendations/solutions to drive business improvements. Develops a very close working relationship with country/region team Education and Experience Required: Typically 5+ years to establish proven track record in Service Business Management. Basic experience in one of the related disciplines of delivery, solution architecting or business planning prior to taking business management role. Typically first level university degree or equivalent work experience; advanced degree is a plus. Knowledge and Skills: Moderate knowledge of IT and services industry knowledge of the company's organization, policies, services offerings, end to end processes, tools, and routes to market.
