DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Completes assigned deliverables by applying established procedures, tools, and guidelines to routine and moderately varied assignments supporting client service delivery and digital product servicing activities. 2. Works with more senior staff when supporting complex client service issues, larger clients, or more advanced servicing scenarios. 3. Gathers, organizes, and analyzes information to resolve standard problems related to product support or client servicing needs. 4. Builds and maintains transactional working relationships to support effective service delivery and collaboration. 5. Provides updates and exchanges information with colleagues, stakeholders, and clients to support service execution and communication. 6. Works within standardized procedures and policies to meet objectives, quality expectations, client requirements, and deadlines for client servicing activities. 7. Applies knowledge of processes and business activities to support efficient and accurate client service delivery execution. 8. May provide informal guidance to more junior staff on routine service delivery tasks. 9. Remains accountable for timely, accurate completion of assigned work supporting client service delivery outcomes. 10. Performs all duties according to established policies, procedures and regulatory requirements. KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS • Conceptual knowledge of theories, practices, procedures, and systems within the job discipline • Ability to use existing procedures and standard practices to solve routine problems and make sound judgments • Understanding of how own work supports team objectives, client service delivery outcomes, and how related teams coordinate efforts to achieve results • Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate, timely, and consistent work within established deadlines • Effective written and verbal communication skills for exchanging factual or technical information with peers, supervisors, clients, and other stakeholders • Ability to build transactional working relationships and collaborate effectively with peers in the function and immediate supervisor • Developing business and industry awareness to support sound execution of assigned work and contribute to team performance in a client service delivery environment • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other job-related systems and tools used to support digital product and client servicing activities EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s/University degree required. Typically 1+ years of relevant experience. Relevant internship or prior experience in a professional environment may be helpful. Requires conceptual knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures within the job discipline.
