If you share our passion for innovation and our commitment to making a difference in the world, we welcome you to join us.    Lockheed Martin is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Systems Engineer - Systems Integration to join the Conventional Prompt Strike (CPS) team. As a CPS Systems Engineer - Systems Integration your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following: • Planning, Execution, Integration and Test efforts for various Navy Platforms • Support requirements definition for Weapon Systems tests, development of Integrated Test Program Plans, and various levels of involvement in test execution. • Support systems hardware/software integration, test planning, and execution • Support the development of products needed to conduct vehicle hardware/software testing • Support the generation of system test requirements • Have excellent organization and troubleshooting skills and be proficient in understanding hardware/software design, requirements, product development, test execution, and verification activities Performs technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems. Analyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal. Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints. Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications. For positions that perform IT responsibilities, use E646, Systems Engr-IT. Basic Qualifications 
 • Experience with one or more Systems Integration functions including: a.) System trade studies and/or System modeling b.) Requirements and Interface Control Document (ICD) development c.) System Integration, Test and/or Verification d.) Test planning and execution with an understanding of all the interdependencies • Active or Current Secret Security Clearance • Ability and willingness to travel up to 25% (as required) Desired Skills 
 • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college in a related discipline (Electrical, Mechanical, Aerospace Engineering preferred) or equivalent experience and education • Demonstrated behaviors of a systems thinker with the ability to select and apply appropriate systems thinking skills to solve problems and implement constructive change • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong social skills, and ability to build consensus among peers while
